The trader I did this with I've highlighted below. There is a trader here that has a lot of beer kegs (Which means he'll be selling them for very cheap.) which, at this point in the game, you should be able to buy all of. You can get there by progressing the story and getting to the mission where you have to find the seeresse.
The place I recommend doing this first is Twinblade's camp. However, there is one place that, on every character I've made, I've been able to do this process very easily without doing any prep. First off, it is possible to do this at nearly every trader.
